University of the Arts London is the largest specialist arts and design university in Europe. Recognised as a world leader for teaching and research in art, design, fashion, communication and performance arts, the university offers a diverse range of courses at further education, undergraduate, postgraduate and research levels.
The university comprises six prestigious and distinct Colleges: Camberwell College of Arts; Central Saint Martins; Chelsea College of Arts; London College of Communication; London College of Fashion; and Wimbledon College of Arts.
Its varied course range across all Colleges enables students to progress easily through different levels of study and move into other subject areas as their expertise and interests develop.
Teaching staff have a high level of technical skill and industry experience and are practising artists, designers and communicators with first-hand knowledge of their subjects. The university also nurtures strong links with industry, which helps a high proportion of students find work quickly after graduating. Today, the university's alumni represent many of the most renowned names in the worlds of arts and design.
University of the Arts London welcomes 19,000 students over 130 countries across the globe..This diverse mix of individuals creates a vibrant learning environment that all students benefit from.
There are many support services for international students, such as a one-off free airport pick-up for students arriving at UAL for the first time, six international offices across all six Colleges, advisors specially trained in visa and immigration issues, and a dedicated international housing advisor.
For 2018/19,, the university is offering several International Vice Chancellor’s scholarships to postgraduate international students. There's also a range of other scholarships for different levels of study available to international students.
As a recognised international leader for teaching and research in arts and design, the university nurtures partnerships with worldwide cultural institutions, governments, industry and other universities.
